Through her Instagram account, director Audrey Diwan announced the start of production on Emmanuelle, a new film based on the character created by Emmanuelle Arsan, starring actress Noémie Merlant.
Filming is taking place in Paris, and will also move to Hong Kong. No details on the cast due to the actors’ strike.
