According to Deadline, Alicia Silverstone and Kari Glusman have been set to lead The Bird and The Bee, a sexually charged thriler directed by Justin Kelly.
Written by Atlantis actor Jack Donnelly, the film was shot under a SAG-AFTRA Interim Agreement and wrapped production this week. Pic follows a successful executive (Silverstone) as she fights back a scorned younger lover (Glusman) who takes his obsession too far.
Always happy to see a new “erotic thriller” announcement, but I’m not getting my hopes up. Actually this reminds me that I’ve got to check out the “We Kill for Love” documentary, has anyone seen that yet? Any good?
